Mark builds his company around the ability of his employees, knows the strengths of his team and is prepared to change the way his business runs to suit the capability of the team. Additionally, MBKB has an unlimited holiday policy. They hire the person rather than the role - which is an example of maverick expression.
Mark has the ability to flex his business to ensure that his clients needs are met, by personalising the experience of their apprentices, when they join his Apprenticeship Programmes. This is unusual in his industry.
