Does the choice of different races providing allyship training the right thing or is it just appeasing the majority group. How much 'uncomfortableness' is necessary for the training to be effective.
Kendra asks how much emotional labour should marginalised communities carry whilst educating others. This is a tricky conversation which attempts to share and build awareness whilst balancing the different concerns and needs of all.
