In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Julian Hayes II about the need to slow down to speed up - and why it's time to understand how epigenetics can make the difference.

Julian explains that your genetic code is like the hardware of a computer. The things that you input into your body and mind is the software. Finally epigenetics is the blueprint.

There are lots of possibilities just waiting for the right input to be activated. As humans, we decide what genes are switched on or off. Judith and Julian discuss whether leadership is determined by nature or nurture; and why entrepreneurs should care about epigenetics.
