In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Steve Fredlund about how leaders can be happier. Steve doesn't believe in the idea of 'do the 'x' number of things and you will be happy'. Instead he shares the two ingredients that will make anyone happy and the need for leaders to truly understand this.

He also explains the need to take action and intentional steps to enable happiness. Steve and Judith discuss whether it is possible to be mean and happy.

This interesting discussion between Steve who is an actuary and Judith, includes his thoughts about his tagline 'don't lead as if you are buying toothpaste'.
