In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Ben Albert about how to go from zero to hero in under 12 months (even if you're broke, unemployed, and feel completely hopeless).
During Covid Ben lost his job and he needed to find work but no one was hiring marketing professionals. Ben decided to start his own podcast which led to his first job during Covid, teaching students how to podcast. He decided to use his podcast to build up local relationships. (One person ended up referring him $30k worth of business).
This is Ben's story of setting up a podcast and turning that podcast into a method of getting clients. He explains that the podcast is akin to giving the guest an understanding of what it would be like working with him. He was building a relationship with his guests.
Ben is the owner of Balbert Marketing LLC. He is also the curator of The Real Business Connections Network', where he hosts five podcasts. Once an underdog, now a successful entrepreneur, Ben is passionate about helping other underdogs achieve their dreams.
